"Engineering Team Leader (Electrical)"
role.

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical maintenance and repair activities across facilities within the Holding
  • Establish and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Manage electrical infrastructure investment, renovation, and improvement projects (HV/MV/LV systems, power distribution, generators, UPS, lighting, etc.)
  • Provide technical and administrative leadership to maintenance and project teams
  • Conduct failure analyses, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions
  • Ensure energy continuity, occupational health & safety compliance, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and consulting firms
  • Monitor maintenance budgets, investment costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead improvement initiatives focused on energy efficiency and sustainability
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance and field operations
  • Preferably experienced in maintenance and project management within multi-site or holding structures
  • Strong technical knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage systems
  • Solid understanding of maintenance management, fault analysis, and continuous improvement processes
  • Proven experience in team and supplier management
  • Knowledgeable in OHS regulations, electrical legislation, and technical standards
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Effective user of MS Office and maintenance/project tracking tools
  • No restrictions for site work and travel
