Bu pozisyon tam zamanlıdır ve ofisten çalışmayı gerektirir.
Sorumluluklar
- Kurumsal ve saha etkinliklerinin planlanması ve hayata geçirilmesi
- Mekân seçimi, lojistik süreçler, sözleşme görüşmeleri ve etkinlik günü saha yönetimi
- Birden fazla etkinlik ve takvimi eş zamanlı olarak organize etmek
- Etkinlik ekiplerini yönlendirmek; tedarikçiler ve iş ortaklarıyla koordinasyonu sağlamak
- İş seyahatleri ve off-site toplantı organizasyonlarını yürütmek
- Global konferanslar ve yüksek profilli etkinliklerin takibini yapmak
- Etkinlik sonrası raporlar hazırlamak, geri bildirimleri analiz ederek süreçleri geliştirmek
- Beklenmedik durumlar karşısında sakin kalmak, hızlı çözümler üretmek ve pozitif kalabilmek
Aranan Nitelikler
- Etkinlik yönetimi, organizasyon veya pazarlama alanlarında en az 2 yıl deneyim
- Güçlü organizasyon, iletişim ve problem çözme becerileri
- Microsoft Excel kullanımında yetkinlik (PowerPoint bilgisi artı)
- İngilizceye iyi seviyede hakimiyet
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, ajans temposuna uyum sağlayabilecek
Maaş, adayın deneyim ve yetkinliklerine göre belirlenecektir.
