Human Resources Business Partner (Contractor)
for our client. Our client is a leading multinational companies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations or Social Sciences from reputable universities,
  • Min. 5-6 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, most of which consist of Organisational Development,
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel,
  • High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks,
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
  • Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
  • Being flexible in working hours and have no travel restrictions,
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed,
  • Resident in İstanbul Asia side.

Job Description

  • Having active role on all HR functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and organizational development projects and operations,
  • Contributing to design and implementation of HR transformation & change management projects,
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
  • Building strong relationship and trust with the leaders and employees to obtain positive working environment,
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance and support to all employees,
  • Carrying out job analysis and generating job definitions, especially for the strategic and key positions,
  • Accomplishing the whole recruitment processes from graduate to management level of vacancies,
  • Generating the yearly training plan & schedule and organizing internal and external training programs accordingly.
