About the Role:
Join our remote customer care team supporting German-speaking clients across Europe. Youll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth customer experience every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns

  • Investigate and resolve technical or service-related issues

  • Keep accurate case records in CRM tools

  • Collaborate with internal departments for escalations

Requirements:

  • German C2, English C1

  • Based in Turkey

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Customer-oriented and tech-savvy
