German-Speaking Customer Support (Remote in Turkey)
Start Date: 21 November 2025
We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global customer experience leader, supporting clients through digital interaction channels. The role is remote, based in Turkey, offering stability, growth, and an excellent benefits package.
Work schedules follow seasonal shifts: 09:0018:00 or 15:0000:00 (possibly 16:0001:00), with final confirmation before onboarding. Each day includes a 30minute lunch break and three 15minute short breaks, plus two rotational days off per week.
Training spans 10 business days, from 10:00 to 19:00, held remotely via Microsoft Teams to ensure full preparation for live client support.
You will receive a net salary of 33,000 TL per month, along with a Quality Bonus of up to 10%, a Meal Card (Pluxee) worth 4,500 TL, and Private Health Insurance (Maphre ÖSS). New hires in 2025 also enjoy a Welcome Bonus of 10,000 TL upon joining.
Important Notes: This position does not provide relocation or visa support. Former employees are welcome to reapply if they have left the company at least three months prior.
