Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role

• Define and implement the organization's financial strategy,
• Plan and manage income, expenses, cash flow, debt, and investment processes,
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting processes,
• Manage large-scale investment projects, project financing, debt structuring, and relations with foreign investors,
• Develop and operate financial reporting and analysis systems for commercial performance, sales revenues, and profitability trends,
• Prepare financial statements and manage consolidation processes in line with international reporting standards (IFRS),
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, audit firms, and public authorities,
• Evaluate the financial feasibility of investment projects and new commercial opportunities,
• Establish, monitor, and improve risk management, internal control, and financial compliance systems,
• Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation studies,
• Manage currency, interest rate, cash flow, and debt operations effectively,
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, aviation revenue management, and tax legislation,
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and shareholders,
• Shape the company's long-term financial vision and contribute to strategic decision-making,

• 14+ years of experience in Finance, preferably with the last 5 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Director / CFO / Financial Controller Sr. Manager),
• Experience working in airport operations, infrastructure, transportation, energy, or public–private partnership (PPP) projects,
• Expertise in managing large-scale investment projects and financing structures,
• Experience in international reporting standards (IFRS) and consolidation processes,
• Strong command of financial process management in multi-company or holding structures,
• Advanced knowledge and experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation,
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to shape financial vision and develop decision support systems,
• Deep knowledge of currency, interest rate, liquidity, and cash management,
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, aviation revenue management, and tax legislation,
• Willing to engage in sharing and communication among colleagues,
• Drive for continuous improvement, with a constant focus on raising the bar for both self and team,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
