SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Provide service to customers and manage an assigned area of expertise/responsibility or a team by coordinating, supporting, and following up to achieve development, improvements, and the best possible service.

  • Ensure end-to-end follow-up of export order processes (order receipt, production planning, shipment, and delivery),
  • Analyze customer requests and provide fast and effective solutions,
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and external stakeholders in customs, transportation, and logistics processes,
  • Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of export documentation with regulations,
  • Conduct regular reporting through Microsoft Office and ERP systems,
  • Continuously develop customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations,
  • Knowledgeable about export regulations and transportation modes (land, sea, air) for the America, Africa, and Europe regions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking, planning, problem-solving, and result-oriented working skills,
  • A good team player with strong communication competencies,
  • Residing in Istanbul.
