We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to strengthen our team in the online travel booking sector. This is a 100% Remote position, where you work from your home in Turkey and can earn above average through attractive, uncapped commissions If you enjoy direct customer contact and love closing deals, you are a perfect fit.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Your mission is to maximize sales for the German-speaking market by acting proactively and consultatively.

  • Proactive Selling: You contact existing and potential customers (B2C) via phone to sell tailor-made travel packages and upgrades.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct professional, in-depth sales conversations to identify customer needs and offer the right solutions.
  • Goal Achievement: Continuously work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets (KPIs).
  • Documentation: Accurate management of the sales pipeline and customer information in the CRM system.

Working Conditions and Compensation:

  • Full-time Remote: Work 100% from your approved residence in Turkey.
  • Powerful Hardware: You receive all necessary equipment (desktop PC, dual monitors, headset, keyboard) for an efficient home office.
  • Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours), 5 days per week, based on the German market. Shifts are between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM (core hours) and rotate between 08:00 AM and 07:00 PM (Winter) and 08:00 AM and 06:00 PM (Summer).
  • Breaks: You are entitled to a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute coffee breaks.
