As we expand our global presence and launch new digital and consulting initiatives, we are looking for a creative and driven Business Development & Operational Management Intern to join our remote team.
This is an unpaid internship, offering hands-on experience in brand-building, community growth, and revenue-aligned business development, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
Opportunity Mapping
- Identify and research inspiring leaders, organizations, and companies aligned with our mission (public sector, consulting, innovation hubs, executive networks).
- Support mapping of potential partners and clients relevant to consulting projects, digital platforms, and sponsored initiatives.
Strategic Outreach
- Support personalized LinkedIn and email outreach to expand our professional network and explore collaboration, partnership, or paid engagement opportunities.
- Track outreach progress, responses, and follow-ups.
Trend Monitoring
- Research branding and thought-leadership trends, emerging leadership topics, and commercially relevant themes in leadership, innovation, sustainability, and public impact.
Content Creation (LinkedIn)
- Assist in writing and editing interviews, founder updates, and community spotlights that support visibility, credibility, and opportunity creation.
- Help align selected content with ongoing initiatives, campaigns, or partnership discussions.
Branding & Visuals
- Support the creation of quote cards, brand-aligned visuals, and storytelling assets using Canva or similar tools, including materials that support events, partnerships, or offer communication.
CRM & Pipeline
- Help maintain our Notion-based CRM to track contacts, outreach, conversations, and potential collaboration or business opportunities.
- Support basic pipeline organization and reporting.
Weekly Syncs
- Join weekly team check-ins to report on tasks, share insights from outreach and research, and propose ideas that support growth, relevance, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (C1+).
- Strong interest in branding, storytelling, leadership, and digital innovation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Substack, Google Docs, Notion, Canva, and Excel.
- Organized, proactive, and confident working independently in a remote setting.
- Bonus: Experience with digital content, branding strategy, community building, or media platforms.
