As we continue to grow, we are looking for a"Business Development Specialist or Assistant Specialist"to join our Business Development team in Istanbul.
If you have a passion for analyzing and optimizing data according to the business needs and transforming them into efficient processes, we would love to meet you
What You will Do:
Function as the key liaison between business units, IT project teams, and Business Intelligence teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Create, analyze, optimize the existing operational process, and recreate the optimal strategy.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Build new strategies with AI (knowledge in business-oriented AI is a plus)
Interested in data analytics and data optimization.
Prioritize the yearly initiatives with Business Development team and business units.
Automatize daily ongoing operational reporting with Business Intelligence team.
Analyze daily management and operational reporting.
What We Are Looking For:
A new graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience
Graduated from reputable universities
Have effective communication skills and open to work with different operations.
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
Encouragingly wants to work on new projects and is enthusiastic about taking initiative.
Interested in new reporting tools and analyzing daily reports.
Enthusiastic about learning and improving AI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Initiative-taking with a structured and proactive approach
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Motivated to work with data and create the next step scenario.
