Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in call center operations or customer support.
  • Strong understanding of mobile products, services, and related software.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written English; fluency in local languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
  • Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and logical thinking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about mobile devices, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot basic mobile issues and escalate complex technical problems to the relevant teams.
  • Document and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collect feedback, identify recurring issues, and propose improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in training new team members and support team collaboration.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
