About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Support HR and other departments with administrative needs
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
