Administrative/Operations Officer
to handle daily administrative, logistics, compliance, and HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office and business operations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative/Operations Officer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Administrative/Operations Officer will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to established processes. Responsibilities include managing office and administrative operations, optimizing resource allocation, and assisting in financial tasks. The role also involves coordinating communication among teams and addressing organizational challenges to maximize efficiency. The successful candidate will support organizational goals while contributing to structured and smooth business processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes and solve business challenges
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective interaction with teams and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Finance and experience in managing financial-related tasks
- Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and organize priorities effectively
- Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in office software and tools; familiarity with operational systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, able to check and update simple Excel lists for daily logistics operations.
- Able to keep basic communication with the customs broker and assist when needed.
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in speaking, writing, and reading in a professional work environment.
