Role Description

We are seeking passionate
Teachers to join our growing team in İstanbul
(European side)
.

You will teach
1:1 language lessons
to preschool and early primary children (aged 1,5 – 8) in their homes
at various locations
, using Bahar Teacher Academy's structured materials and play-based learning approach.

This position is
on-site
in children's homes.


Candidates must be willing to travel to areas such as Büyükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Küçükçekmece, Bakırköy, and nearby districts.


FULL-TIME, PART-TIME, OR HOURLY CONTRACT ROLES are available

About you

Legally permitted to work in Türkiye (must hold a valid work permit)

Native or
genuinely
native-like (
we mean it
) proficiency in English


Strong passion
for teaching young learners and supporting holistic child development

Excellent communication skills with both children and parents

Flexibility and creativity in adapting lessons to individual needs

Emotionally mature, able to prioritise work, energetic and positive

Experience in 1:1 teaching preferred

Owning and driving a car is a plus

Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning is a plus
