We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist who will play an active role in Teamso's growing customer portfolio and carry out strategic sales activities to achieve sales targets.

RESPONSİBİLİTİES

  • Manage sales processes by establishing effective communication with potential customers,
  • Analyze customer needs and offer solutions through regular field visits,
  • Track sales and generate reports through HRIS systems,
  • Strategically plan and execute to achieve defined sales targets,
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in post-sales processes and develop long-term business relationships.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate,
  • Experienced in HRIS systems,
  • Experienced in sales and customer management,
  • Residing in Istanbul and able to come to the office when necessary to participate in field work,
  • Able to adapt to outbound sales models, with a results-oriented work ethic.
