What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a colleague for our
Strategic Procurement Team

Standardize and optimize tendering and contract lifecycle processes to ensure competitive sourcing and legal / operational effectiveness.

• Centralize and digitize tendering operations (via SAP Ariba/ e-Sourcing, etc.),
• Define contract templates, SLAs, and governance mechanisms by aliging with cross-functional departments,
• Ensure alignment of tendering strategies across the distribution companies,
• Manage supplier onboarding and evaluation processes (Digital evaluation scorecards preferred),
• Lead training and capacity-building on tender management including adoption of digital tender workflows.

What we expect

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, BA or related fields,
• 3+ years experience in tender and contract management,
• Strong legal and commercial risk awareness,
• Experience with SAP Ariba/ e-Sourcing or e-Procurement systems,
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Having entrepreneurial mindset / business acumen,
• Having digital transformation / Project skills,
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
