Partner Relationship Manager

The Partner Relationship Manager reports to the Sales Team Lead and is responsible for growing Datamind's AI, Data Governance, DataOps, and Generative AI services through partner channels. The primary focus of this role is to build new partnerships that enable the reselling of Datamind services and to actively manage and develop the existing partner ecosystem.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesNew Partner Acquisition- Identify potential partner companies (e.g., system integrators, consulting firms, technology providers) capable of reselling Treomind's contract-based data and AI services
- Initiate contact and lead business development discussions to establish new partnership opportunities
- Ensure newly onboarded partners gain a solid understanding of Treomind's product and service portfolio
- Provide partners with sales enablement materials, presentations, pricing models, and support documents
- Lead partner onboarding processes, including introduction sessions, training programs, and certification tracks
- Track each partner's sales performance, lead generation activity, and contribution levels on a regular basis
- Ensure partners progress toward sales targets and performance expectations
- Prepare monthly or quarterly partner performance and evaluation reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize partner-focused activities such as webinars, workshops, and demo days
- Work closely with the Sales Team Lead and Inside Sales to follow up on opportunities generated through partner channels
- Continuously monitor players in the AI and data ecosystem (e.g., HPE, Equlit, Envisor)
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities and report insights to the management team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or partner/channel management, preferably in technology or consulting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to transform partnerships into long-term collaborations.
- Experience in designing and managing partner-based sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and partner performance reporting
- English communication skills (preferred for international partner engagement)
- Results-oriented, proactive working discipline
- Reports directly to the Sales Team Lead
- Works in close coordination with inside Sales and the Marketing Specialist
- Supports partner-generated opportunities through to contract stage and assists in managing the end-to-end sales cycle
