What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

  • Preparation and timely reporting of solo and consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, etc.) in accordance with IFRS,
  • Management of annual and periodic financial reporting processes,
  • Execution of monthly closing activities,
  • Conducting financial analyses and preparing management reports,
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes,
  • Participating in the integration of new accounting standards and IFRS updates into company policies,
  • Improving reporting processes in coordination with related departments (accounting, finance, audit, information technology, investor relations, etc.),
  • Performing advanced financial analysis and providing support for strategic decision-making.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management/Industrial Engineering or related fields, or graduate degree in related fields,
  • Knowledge and experience in solo and consolidated reporting in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) , at least 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting or auditing,
  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS, consolidated financial statements and accounting
  • Ability to perform financial analysis,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.),
  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),
  • Preferably experienced in using SAP,
  • Completion of military service (for male candidates).
