Join us as a Senior Specialist, Event Marketing in our global marketing team. In this role, you'll bring Etiya's brand to life through world-class events and experiences that connect with audiences across markets.

You'll play a key role in the execution of event strategy, leading the planning and delivery of international exhibitions, summits, and sponsorships that strengthen our global presence. This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional who combines creativity, precision, and operational excellence to deliver impactful brand moments.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the technology, telecom, or B2B software industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale events, exhibitions, and sponsorships both locally and internationally.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to deliver seamless event experiences.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand and visual storytelling.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of taking initiative within corporate frameworks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Etiya's local and international event activities, including exhibitions, summits, conferences, own events and sponsorships.
• Work closely with Design, Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that all events align with business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of event operations: budget, timeline, logistics, stand design, production, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure brand consistency and premium quality across every event touchpoint.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal designers to deliver impactful, visually strong event experiences.
• Coordinate pre-event planning, on-site management, and post-event evaluation processes.
• Support lead generation, brand visibility, and executive engagement initiatives through event activities.
• Track and report event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Represent Etiya in interactions with partners, organizers, and global event stakeholders.
• Be part of a global marketing organization driving brand excellence and innovation across all markets.
