About the role

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Marketing Specialist (PR)
to lead PR and brand communication activities in the Turkish market. You will manage media relations, PR campaigns, product launch communications, and overall brand visibility. The ideal candidate has strong PR experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the local media landscape.

Responsibilities

PR & Communication

  • Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Manage media relations, press communication, and influencer coordination
  • Prepare press releases, media kits, Q&A docs, speeches, and announcements

Campaigns & Launches

  • Lead PR activities for product launches and brand campaigns
  • Organize media events, interviews, and press meetings
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels

Crisis & Reputation Management

  • Support crisis communication planning
  • Prepare statements and manage timely communication with stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, digital, sales, and HQ teams to align communication efforts
  • Coordinate approvals, content localization, and PR assets with global teams

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track media coverage and prepare PR performance reports
  • Monitor market trends and competitor PR activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of PR/communications experience (tech or consumer electronics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Turkish media ecosystem
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Turkish
  • Experience managing media agencies and influencer projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
