Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment processes in line with the strategic goals of our company operating in the aviation industry.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting preparation, interviews, evaluation, and offer stages) to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Define job descriptions and competency criteria for positions in collaboration with relevant managers.
  • Develop processes to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and ensure accurate data flow in HR systems.
  • Support career fairs, university collaborations, and employer branding activities.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate internship programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in recruitment.
  • Gained experience in companies providing recruitment consultancy services,
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinker, solution-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Preferably fluent in English.
