Job Summary

We are looking for a
Recruitment Specialist
to join our HR team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent in alignment with our company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local and regional roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, , Indeed, etc.).
  • Source candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and business units to support employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on local labor laws, market trends, and best recruitment practices in Turkey.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of Turkish labor market and hiring regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
    Turkish and English

  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and HR software.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for multiple departments (sales, engineering, operations, etc.).
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
  • Experience in multinational or tech-driven companies is an advantage.
