QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field,


• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications and graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred),


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as design tools such as Figma and Canva,


• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design,


• Skilled in creating original content for both digital and print media,


• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (preferred),


• Experienced in developing corporate communication strategies, media relations, and crisis communication processes,


• Adept at producing content for digital communication channels including social media, websites, and newsletters,


• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),


• Highly detail-oriented with a strong creative mindset,


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks,


• Collaborative and communicative, with strong stakeholder management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


• Develop, design, and implement visual and content strategies aligned with the company's brand identity,


• Design corporate communication materials, presentations, campaign visuals, digital ads, event content, and website assets,


• Lead external communication strategies including press relations, media briefings, interviews, and storytelling initiatives,


• Create and manage crisis communication plans, taking proactive action when needed,


• Produce creative content for all digital channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.) and manage publication processes,


• Collaborate with global and local communication agencies to ensure message consistency and brand alignment,


• Oversee the end-to-end production of campaign assets, event materials, and promotional content,


• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visual language across all communication materials,


• Monitor market trends, media coverage, and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities,


• Provide communication support for external events and activities to enhance corporate visibility and reputation,


• Ensure all design and communication outputs meet brand, quality, and accuracy standards.
