Our client, a non-profit organization about sports, is looking for an Event Coordinator.

Role Profile

  • Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of annual events, including large-scale sports activities, award ceremonies, youth-focused programs, and community initiatives.
  • Organize major recurring events such as international sports races, children's activity days, seminars, tournaments, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Support the preparation, scheduling, logistics, and on-site management of general assembly meetings, conferences, and special ceremonies.
  • Assist in the coordination of esports tournaments and other modern sports-related events.
  • Prepare post-event reports, performance analyses, and documentation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage complex logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event/project management tools.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
