Fiba Holding's Financial Audit Department is now seeking a
Financial Audit Manager
who seek unlimited capacity of learning and development opportunity within a highly dynamic and challenging environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant departments (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related departments)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in audit services,
• Strong knowledge of financial and tax law, risk management, Turkish GAAP & IFRS
• Proven analytical skills and business acumen
• Preferably holding professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Excellent command of MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility
• Result oriented, open to change, strong leadership skills

Job Description:

• Conduct audits of financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and reporting standards
• Review financial statements for potential errors and alignment with IFRS and local accounting requirements
• Analyze risks specific to the sector, monitor regulatory changes, and provide insights to management
• Examine the consistency of management reports with financial records and prepare reports accordingly
• Oversee reconciliation and reporting processes, escalating urgent matters when needed
• Support compliance audits to ensure adherence to tax regulations, commercial codes, and internal policies
• Lead and guide audit team members, contributing to their technical development and performance
• Carry out financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, assess risks, and prepare related reports and recommendations
