Purpose of the Role
The main objective of this role is to drive active customer acquisition in export sales processes, manage offers and contracts, follow up on order processes, and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers.
The candidate will work directly with the Co-Founder & CCO, while also coordinating operationally with the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers in target markets and build distributor relationships
- Generate new sales opportunities through international fairs, trade delegations, and digital channels
- Prepare product presentations, commercial offers, contracts, and pricing proposals
- Manage export order processes in coordination with manufacturers
- Oversee customs, logistics, payments, and delivery together with the foreign trade support team
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain post-sales communication
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities, and report insights to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, export marketing, or foreign trade (preferably across multiple categories)
- Proven experience in building or managing an international customer portfolio
- Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Dynamic, results-oriented, and a team player
- No travel restrictions
