Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information and timely assistance in response to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance targets.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in one of the following languages French, Japanese or English
  • Residence in Istanbul is preferred, with a valid work and/or residence permit.
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is an asset.
