dynamic, professional, and confident International Patient Coordinator
to help us provide world-class care and support to our international guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent command of English (fluent speaking and writing skills are
    essential
    ).
  • Previous experience in health tourism, hospitals, or clinics in patient relations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, friendly and patient-focused attitude.
  • Empathetic, organised, and solution-oriented, with a positive energy and professional presence.
  • Able to manage scheduling, planning, and follow-up efficiently.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and online communication tools.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Antalya.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Welcome and assist international patients (mainly from the UK) throughout their treatment journey.
  • Coordinate communication between patients and doctors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Manage treatment planning, appointments, and follow-up.
  • Provide clear information, reassurance, and support before and after treatment.
  • Maintain patient satisfaction through proactive communication and care.
  • Keep accurate patient records and prepare regular reports.
