Manages existing customer-base in Turkey and educates assigned customers on company's solutions.
Identifies, develops, and successfully closes opportunities for company's software products, services, and integrated solutions, positioning as a leading vendor for WMS and logistics solutions.
Grows software and services revenues and profitability.Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Develops customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
Develops compelling value propositions based on ROI cost / benefit analysis.
Successfully negotiates customer's contract and ensures compliance with the terms and conditions.
Establishes collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to execute and manage contracts, resolve customer issues, and coordinates successful sales activities.
Collaborates with company' consulting and support services teams to ensure implementation success.
qualifications
Experience in solution selling in the area of IT systems, and at least 3 years in selling WMS and/or ERP solutions.
Capable of handling multiple priorities with outstanding communication and influencing capability.
Experience in creating and managing a network of partners.
Good knowledge of the Turkish logistics market.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Fluent in the Turkish language, very good command of the English language.
IT literate.
Availability to travel overseas.
