The Opportunity

You will take the role in the Business Development team as a Business Process Development Specialist and improve our functional requirements and business requests

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • To analyze all business process design, and improvement activities and provide solutions to enhance productivity company-wide,
  • Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
  • To engage with functional/operational leaders to understand business systems, processes, objectives, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Building partnerships with internal and/or external process/design authorities to create new processes, policies, and solutions to support business objectives
  • To prioritize and manage the processes required to be improved on behalf of the business units by working closely with back office and outsourcing teams.
  • Acting as a business contact between the organization and the Information Technology (IT) department
  • Providing actionable insights to investigate the root cause of challenges and improve the end-to-end business journey
  • To facilitate seamless communication between Operations and other departments to deliver outstanding service.
  • To supervise the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, information technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in Process Management or a similar role within Banks and FinTech
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional results.
  • Confidence in working with complex data and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
