How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will lead our retail boutiques, points-of sale (POS) & digital prescence within a large territory striving for human and operational excellence, attention to details, retail-centric with a goal to ensure Cartier's clients live exceptional and unique experiences. In this role, we expect you to curate, present and roll out the commercial strategy of the market and local adaptation of the global strategy, manage the network development and road map to leverage relevant business opportunities. You will be directly responsible for both office and boutique team members and will partner strongly with HR to identify commercial talents, talent development and attract and retain high performing teams. In addition, you will partner closely with Marketing and Client teams (locally and regionally) to ensure strong client-telling and roll out of CRM and enrich the client journey along all local touchpoints.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Turkish with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You are well versed in the retail industry in Turkiye, aware of competitors and key trends and themes of the market. You bring a minimum of 7 years experience in a leadership role, you posses a intrapreneurial mind-set, strategic thinking, inspirational leadership and a core expertise in managing retail teams and driving sales and commercial success.
