Role Overview:
The role is to develop PC Gaming products in the Turkey market, working with key personnel in Procurement, Pricing, and Operations to award the first-tier accounts.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for XPG gaming products and services through distributor/resellers/channels in the Turkey market.
- Develop special projects for SI customers or PC DIY customers.
- Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.
- Work under sales targets set by distributors.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in IT/PC gaming/PC systems or a related area.
- Fluent in English to report and communicate with the Headquarter team.
- Build relationships with IT distributors, dealers, resellers, retailers, or projectors.
- Be agile in reaction to competitor strategies.
- Organize marketing activities and dealer programs to facilitate sales.
- Responsible for periodical sales targets and distributor sales.
- Conduct market survey reports (Brand/Model/Price/TAM).
- Perform dealer shop surveys (sell in dealer and EC channel).
- Conduct marketing in social media and local media surveys.
- Prepare weekly reports.
Any other relevant activities management may require.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in IT or a relevant industry.
- Good relationships with PC DIY or PC system integrated companies.
- Technical background or similar experience.
- Strong in tier-one customer relationship and business development.
- Agile in responding to dynamic markets and persistent in the product design-in cycle.
- Communicative, friendly, and confident demeanor in business processes.
- Engaging and effective communication and interpersonal skills in Turkish and English.
- Strong presentation and business closing skills.
- Success-oriented organizational talent.
- Good overall computer (MS Office) and technical skills, including industry software/database programs.
- Self-starter able to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines.
- High quality and quantity output.
