What you will do

At Renault Trucks TÜRKİYE you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

Marketing Plans: Develop and implement strategies to promote aftersales parts and services.

Revenue Growth: Increase revenue through parts pricing, product release, and retention tools.

Dealer Collaboration: Work with dealers to enhance marketing efforts and align with company goals.

Customer Initiatives: Attract and retain customers via promotions, loyalty programs, and events.

Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital, print, and in-person marketing campaigns.

Budget Oversight: Manage the aftersales marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities through research.

Customer Solutions: Define new products and manage quotations and P&L follow-up.

Parts Availability: Ensure local market parts availability and avoid deadstock.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and ROI/ROS.

Training Support: Provide marketing and product knowledge training to dealer staff.

The main requirements in this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in; Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Customer-focused, strategic thinker, proactive, and results-oriented.
