The Channel Sales Director will be responsible for smartphone + AIoT product sales, leading the whole team to develop brand position and manage core relationships with relevant partners to achieve penetration targets. This role will involve core relationship management, channel development, investment negotiation, product development, competition analysis, PSI management, penetration management, and team management to ensure business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with channel customers.
- Drive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion within the channel.
- Lead and manage sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with customers and relevant partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports to measure sales results from competition and operation levels.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to improve products and services based on market needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in market requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, AIoT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management.
- Good relationships in the smartphone and AIoT industry.
- Strong knowledge of the industry dynamics.
- Proven experience in negotiation and contract management.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
