About Docintur
Docintur is a B2B2C SaaS platform designed for physicians, hospitals, clinics, and medical suppliers. Our mission is to make healthcare services more accessible while enabling healthcare professionals to communicate with their patients more effectively. At the same time, we help medical suppliers reach their target audience and grow their business.
Currently, we have 100+ healthcare professionals actively using our platform. We are rapidly expanding in the Turkish market and aim to scale into Europe in the near future.
We are currently in the pre-investment stage and looking for a Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial mindset to help accelerate our growth. If you're eager to be part of a high-potential startup and maximize your earnings, this is your chance
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to physicians, hospitals, clinics, and medical suppliers to introduce Docintur's solutions and onboard them onto the platform. You will play a key role in managing B2B sales processes and expanding our professional network.
Responsibilities
- Engage with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and medical suppliers to introduce Docintur's services
- Manage the sales process and acquire new members
- Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and develop sales strategies
- Use CRM tools to optimize sales and customer relationship management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or healthcare sales (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry (physicians, hospitals, clinics, or medical suppliers)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-based role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or digital platforms (a plus)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and innovation
- Fluency in Turkish

- Experience in healthcare sales or a strong interest in the field

- Previous B2B sales experience or willingness to learn

- Confident, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
