We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Commerce Solutions to drive new business for our innovative B2C, B2B, and B2B2C commerce software solutions. This role is perfect for a motivated salesperson with a proven track record in acquiring mid-market and enterprise customers. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals that align with our digital commerce and integrated software solutions.

As part of the Sales Team, you'll collaborate with presales, marketing, and consulting teams to position our solutions effectively, expanding market presence, maximizing revenue, and ensuring customer success.

What You'll Do

Lead New Business Development

  1. Persue New Opportunities: Identify and engage with high-potential mid-market and enterprise customers in the B2C, B2B, and B2B2C commerce space.
  2. Generate Leads: Utilize your expertise in networking, cold outreach, market research, and attending industry events to generate qualified leads.
  3. Drive Growth: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and build a robust pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.

Solution Selling with Impact

  1. Understand Customer Needs: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify business needs, pain points, and goals, tailoring your pitch to provide the best-fit solutions.
  2. Present Our Solutions: Showcase Runibex's commerce solutions, digital consultancy, and reporting tools in a way that highlights their transformative potential for customers.
  3. Collaborate with Presales and Consulting Teams: Work closely with internal teams to craft customized solutions, presentations, and proposals that directly address client objectives.

Close Deals & Achieve Targets

  1. Master the Sales Cycle: Own the end-to-end sales process, from the initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  2. Negotiation and Strategy: Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to develop commercial agreements and ensure smooth deal closures.
  3. Meet & Exceed Expectations: Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of Runibex.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

  1. Industry Insight: Keep a pulse on the latest trends in e-commerce, digital transformation, and omnichannel solutions, ensuring that you are always a step ahead of the competition.
  2. Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Runibex's commerce solutions and the role they play in driving digital success for clients.

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  2. 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales, preferably in commerce solutions, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new business.
  3. Proven ability to close deals at the enterprise level within B2B, B2C, or B2B2C industries.
  4. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  5. Experience with mid to large enterprise clients in industries like retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, wholesale, or distribution.
  6. Experience with solution selling and consultative sales approaches that prioritize customer success.
  7. Strong understanding of digital commerce, e-commerce platforms, and the integration of reporting and analytics tools to optimize performance.
  8. A keen awareness of market trends in B2B/B2C sectors and an ability to leverage this knowledge to drive sales.
  9. Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the drive to generate and close new business.
  10. Strong communicator with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  11. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  12. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a keen focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
