We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive – Cloud & IT Services to join our Sales Team and contribute to revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expanding business with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our cloud resale, migration, modernization, SLA-driven managed services, DevOps, and SysOps solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. If you have a proven track record in cloud and IT services sales and excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

New Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify and Target New Customers: Identify, target, and acquire new customers for our cloud and IT services offerings.
  • Develop a Strong Pipeline: Build a robust pipeline through lead generation, cold outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct Discovery Meetings: Meet with potential customers to understand their pain points and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Lead Generation: Work closely with the marketing and lead generation teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Position Solutions Effectively: Present our cloud migration, modernization, managed services, and DevOps/SysOps solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Tailor Presentations and Demos: Collaborate with presales and technical experts to conduct customized sales presentations and demos.
  • Develop Customized Proposals: Create proposals that align with customer needs and industry best practices.
  • Drive Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate Contracts and SLAs: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with procurement and IT decision-makers.
  • Ensure Smooth Handover: Facilitate a seamless transition of closed deals to the technical and service delivery teams.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets.

Industry Expertise & Market Analysis

  • Stay Informed on Trends: Keep up-to-date with cloud trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging IT services.
  • Educate Customers on Cloud Benefits: Guide public cloud benefits (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid solutions, and managed services best practices.
  • Provide Market Insights: Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with presales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM Records: Ensure up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for accurate tracking.
  • Report Progress: Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to the Sales Manager – Services.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT services, cloud solutions, or managed services sales with a strong focus on acquiring new business.
  • Proven success in selling cloud migration, cloud modernization, DevOps/SysOps, or managed IT services.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and value proposition development.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud migration strategies, DevOps methodologies, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP sales certifications, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with SLA-driven managed services and proactive system monitoring.
  • Experience working with mid to large enterprise clients across industries such as finance, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or technology.
  • Awareness of IT service integration, cost optimization, and cloud security frameworks.
  • Self-driven, persistent, and highly motivated to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset, with a track record of surpassing sales goals.
