We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive for one of our rapidly growing start-up clients offering smart, cost-effective, and user-friendly energy management solutions for homes. Their products are designed and engineered in-house and manufactured in Turkey.

The ideal candidate will be based in Istanbul who will manage and expand their dealer and distributor network in the Aegean and Marmara regions as well as develop relationships with construction companies to position their products.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 10 years of experience in sales within the heating (boiler, underfloor heating) or construction sectors
  • Strong connections with wholesalers, dealers, contractors, mechanical installation firms, and service channels
  • Proven ability to position products in new construction projects through technical specifications
  • Experience managing distributors and sales networks in the Aegean & Marmara regions
  • Interest in IoT technologies, with the ability to understand technical sales processes
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to close deals despite challenges
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Target-driven approach, with motivation to maximize earnings through performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and position energy management solutions in the target sectors across these regions
  • Identify and secure new construction projects to drive sales and partnerships
  • Ensure the brand presence in project specifications for new developments
  • Prepare technical specifications and oversee supplier selection as needed
  • Lead technical discussions and manage end-to-end sales processes
  • Leverage existing customer networks to drive referral-based sales
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance business planning and execution
