We are looking for a Horeca Sales Representative for our client, which is one of the world's leading manufacturers of premium domestic appliances.

Responsibilities
  • Is accountable for delivering sales and margin results of the assigned region/channel.
  • Provide regular reporting about activities, results, business pipeline, and sales forecast.
  • Conduct regular product trainings with customers and participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and events if needed.
  • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on meetings with customers assigned to the respective territory.
  • Continuously monitor activities of competitors and industry developments.
  • Drive direct and indirect sales through partners and provide them support.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for the promotion of product activities.
  • Have a customer-centric mindset. Service experiences are also evaluated.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years in B2B sales.
  • Experience in selling equipment to target groups Horeca.
  • Good level of business English.
  • Familiar with main business tools: Office, Excel; able and willing to use modern sales tools, including CRM systems/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; agility and decisiveness; result orientation.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to bring fresh ideas, a hands-on approach, and able to finalize.
  • Strong organizing, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Flexibility in traveling.
