About the Role - We seek a visionary Risk Leader who can go beyond traditional methodologies, leverage data and advanced analytics, and proactively shape the company's risk strategy in an evolving financial landscape.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related discipline
  • Experience as a Product Owner/Product Development or in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, retail banking, and financing sectors.
  • Understanding of financial mathematics, pricing components, business feasibility analysis, and strategic decision-making in financial services.
  • Experience/interest in customer research, stakeholder management, and market analysis.
  • High technology curiosity, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to self-development and continuous learning
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands, business strategy, and sales objectives while maintaining profitability and feasibility.
  • Work closely with sales teams to translate customer needs into actionable product strategies and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial models, pricing strategies, and business feasibility for sustainable product growth.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and optimize product positioning for commercial success.
  • Maintain close interaction with technology teams to ensure seamless product implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to enhance product offerings.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and identify improvement areas.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure that product development efforts align with financial viability and market expectations.
