Overview:
As our EME Studio X Creative Group Head, you will work on a robust food and beverage account crafting disruptive ideas at the intersection of culture and technology that deliver impact. You enjoy conceptualizing thinking and have "Big Ideas" rooted in culture and trends. You will partner with the larger Studio X Creative, Strategy, Media, Social, Influencer, Digital, Production teams to create impactful brave and boundless creative ideas across brands for the clients.
The Creative Group Head will be a crucial part of the Studio X Creative team, working alongside the Creative Lead, Client Lead and Strategy Team. We're looking for someone with extensive through the line experience.
Our ambition is to build world-class creative capabilities that deliver relevant value to target audiences across the client brands while increasing marketing efficiency, impact & velocity. The team will craft experience rooted in culture to spark conversation that will drive WEEKLY+ recruitment across Eurasia and Middle East.
You will be working within a region-wide borderless team model to service client needs, you will be required to execute and provide strategic direction and leadership within the group.
You will confidently pitch bold ideas to the clients, internal teams, senior leaders, and partners, draft compelling campaigns and content for an array of brands with different audience considerations, stay on top of trending content and audience behaviors to inform opportunistic content and strategies.
As Studio X Creative Group Head, you will identify relevant opportunities to create award-winning ideas and campaigns for delivering best in work to deliver our offering of an end-to-end integrated approach pulling together creative, media and data expertise to deliver nimble and result-driven campaigns for our clients.
This is a position for a driven, results-oriented, and highly creative individual with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines, and produce highly effective creative.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the consistency, direction and execution of all creative output, overseeing, directing and approving a high volume of campaign launches, ATL, toolkits, activations and experiential ideas that build fame for the brands.
- Maintain a close relationship with the client to ensure you understand business critical needs and maintain an open dialogue on all creative campaigns.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead, Client Leads and Strategy team to get to the right briefs that deliver remarkable and innovative ideas.
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure high standard of creative output that delivers against key objectives.
- Creative passion to drive strategically sound creative solutions for modern audiences on modern channels.
- Go above and beyond the day-to-day to create culture-driving creative that's world-class.
- Help drive creative solutions that utilize the full benefits of the addressable channels available.
- Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective concepts and core creative ideas for an array of brands, products and briefs.
- Push the envelope for high impact creative and content that spurs action and emotion from core audiences.
- Craft work that inspires product consumption and engagement.
- Ensure creative executions meet the highest standard of craftsmanship.
- Stay abreast of global cultural trends and industry updates, and proactively develop timely ideas for real-time content.
- Must have experience of all aspects of the comms mix including ATL, digital, social, content, and video.
- 8+ years in an agency setting with a portfolio of campaigns that makes our jaw drop.
- Experience of running a modern creative department of 'social first' thinkers and of a similar size is essential.
- Will also be involved in TV, print, radio etc. campaigns, as well as extensions of global platform ideas, and in some cases, the strategic and creative origination of cross-channel campaigns for local brands.
- Must be forward-thinking and embrace creative innovation in the digital space.
- Must be an effective manager of people to ensure the creative department is motivated and enthusiastic, able to empower teams to take on responsibility and be inspired about their work.
- Ability and proven track record of leading and building high performing social creative teams.
- Strategically strong. Understands the client's business and can connect business challenges with impactful ideas that drive business results.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skills with a proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be persuasive and very articulate when it comes to directing or presenting, inspiring confidence and trust in colleagues and clients alike.
- Proven confidence negotiating with and influencing peers and senior clients.
- Hold the position of trusted partner and advocate to clients, providing advice and guidance.
- Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly amongst an integrated agency team.
- Explorative with latest AI tools.
- Interest, experience, and/or comfort level in working on a leading FMCG global brand.
- Experience in the drinks or FMCG space a bonus but not essential.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
