We're expanding and looking for a motivated Call Center & International Patient Coordinator to join our team in Kuşadası and Izmir to provide exceptional support to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound & outbound calls with international patients
  • Co-ordinate treatment schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Provide exceptional service and handle patient concerns
  • Work with Zoho CRM (or similar) to manage patient data and communications
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure smooth patient experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in English (additional languages like German, Spanish, or Russian are a plus)
  • Strong background in customer service or patient coordination (health tourism experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, solution-oriented, and team-focused attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • High presentation and communication abilities for clear and engaging interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in healthcar sales, especially in dentistry, aesthetics, or surgery
  • Self-confident, extroverted personality with great presentation skills
  • Ability to mentor and motivate teams to meet sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems like Zoho
