About Role
As a Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients and the consultant team. You will also develop new features and oversee checking the codes. You will work closely with our Client Excellence team to continue their selling activities. This position will work in shifts between 18:00-02:00 and 02:00-09:00.

What You Will Do

  • Follow daily processes for errors or issues, and communicate information about these issues to the necessary units
  • Debug software to identify bugs and defects
  • Fulfill customer requests regarding reporting and configuration of services
  • Develop software tools and scripts to enhance the efficiency of software service operations
  • Communicate with customers regarding daily processes and results
  • Develop customer feature requests or eliminate issues in our software

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related degree
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • No military obligation or postponement for at least 4-5 years for male candidates
  • Experience with the Python ecosystem
  • Experience with Airflow
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and cloud-based development
  • Familiarity with PySpark for data processing, analysis, and ETL pipeline development
  • Proficient in Object Oriented Programming

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Relational Database Systems and stored procedures in SQL
  • Experience with Agile software development practices
