Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. You will lead the Country Finance organization alongside Siemens Healthineers Values and being part of the extended Zone Finance Management Team.
  2. You will improve the Diagnostic results by driving excellent Deal building (and escalation), contract controlling activities during contract lifecycle and optimizing of the service processes.
  3. You will be the business partner for the Commercial and Service leads in order to realize the financial targets and other relevant KPI´s together.
  4. You will approve deals within agreed limits of authority.
  5. You will manage finance related tasks including planning (budget, forecast etc.) for the respective countries and ARE.
  6. You will trigger escalation in case of budget / forecast deviation towards DX Zone Head of Finance and manage actions within the respective area.
  7. You will drive, ensure and optimize all relevant finance related processes within the respective countries (budget, forecast, deviation analyses etc.).

Your qualifications and experience:

  1. You have successfully completed a university degree in economics or a comparable subject area.
  2. Based on this, you have many years of relevant professional experience with a focus on planning, reporting / controlling (PLM, SCM, CRM) at strategic management level, preferably within Siemens Healthineers, and have acquired extensive knowledge of relevant operational and business processes and value flows in the company.
  3. Ideally you have many years of professional experience in the controlling environment.
  4. You have many years of experience in leading diverse, international and intercultural teams - ideally also in the role of head of department.
  5. Ideally, you already have a well-developed, functioning network within Siemens Healthineers and know our portfolio.
  6. Experience in digitalization and automation of controlling processes would also be desirable. You are proficient in SAP and MS Office applications and are familiar with various digitalization tools.

  4. With your leadership qualities and interpersonal skills, you shape an inspiring and motivating culture that contributes to achieving the desired results.
  5. You excel in negotiation, communication and presentation skills. You are used to applying these skills at management level.
  6. Occasional travel to our international locations is a welcoming change for you (around 10-20%).
