Wearwell has an opportunity for a District Sales Representative. Incumbent will report to the International Sales Manager and will focus on generating profitable sales growth within the assigned territory (Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and North and South Carolina).

This is a hybrid role/working environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage in end user sales calls (with and without distributor and/or sales rep involvement) in the Southeast - Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and the Carolinas - promoting Wearwell products and generating revenue.
  2. Collaborate with end-user customers, maintain awareness of competitors' product/market changes, and actively work within the Sales and Marketing department budgets.
  3. Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base by identifying new business development opportunities for growth and profitability.
  4. Flexibility for up to 50% overnight travel is required.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  6. Participate in virtual and in-person trade show events.
  7. React positively to change.
  8. Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years of industrial sales experience and/or equivalent education, training, and experience in job-related activities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to accept accountability for own actions and business results.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to present training materials to large groups or audiences.
  • Displays initiative, professionalism, and integrity in work ethic.
  • Successfully manage organizational change initiatives.
  • Participate in video calls/team meetings via web camera.
  • Reliable attendance is necessary.
