Job Description

We have created a new role for an experienced search consultant to teach senior executives how to source talent for open senior leadership positions in their departments. Your key skills will be:

  • Professional experience identifying and approaching senior leadership talent from a professional search firm or in-house search function, working within the Technology industry.
  • Experience training senior stakeholders in the art of headhunting.
  • Excellent knowledge of tools used to identify future talent including market mapping.
  • Ability to interview candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques (competency based and psychometric assessments).
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability to identify trends and patterns from data.
  • An exceptional academic background including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a people-based subject, with a good level of Maths at High School.

This role entails developing a search strategy for our business, coaching senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes, and driving talent analytics to provide real-time insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a search strategy for our business, ensuring processes enable headhunted talent to move smoothly through the pipeline.
  • Coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes, enabling them to become expert at approaching and attracting exceptional talent for their management and leadership positions.
  • Drive talent analytics to provide our business with real-time insight, partnering with the business to help them move through their hiring processes efficiently.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews providing considerable insights into motivations and behaviors.
  • Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda, closely monitoring hiring activities, driving results, and ensuring consistency in our operational processes.
  • Consider our employer brand and how our interactions with a candidate impact their experience.
  • Seek continuous improvement on hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process and ensuring our sourcing strategy underpins this.
