Digital Advisor with French & English for Santos/Portugal FULL Relocation and Accommodation Support

Location: Portugal
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) | Monday – Sunday | 09:00 – 23:00
Contract: Unfixed-term contract
Probation Period: 30 Days

What You'll Do:

  1. Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, and messages with professionalism and empathy, including urgent situations.
  2. Apply for policies to ensure the best interest of the community.
  3. Take ownership of user queries until resolution or escalation.
  4. Investigate and escalate issues, prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.
  5. Manage cases involving safety concerns using trauma-informed methodologies.
  6. Provide exceptional claims service Damage Protection, Liability Insurance, and related programs.
  7. Research, troubleshoot problems, and identify areas for improvement.

What You Need:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in claims handling, dispute resolution, fraud/risk investigations, or insurance (property damage, healthcare claims, etc.).
  2. Experience handling and estimating contents and automobile/watercraft losses.
  3. Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

What We Offer:

  1. Gross Monthly Salary: €870
  2. Language Bonus: €50
  3. Holiday Bonus: €80.83
  4. Christmas Bonus: €80.83
  5. Performance Bonus: €120 (starting from the 4th full month of production, subject to terms and conditions)
  6. Medical & Dental Insurance: Included after 6 months of contract
  7. Annual Leave: 22 business days (as per Portuguese law)
  8. Public Holidays: Compensation provided as per Portuguese law
  9. Relocation Support:
  • Up to €200 travel reimbursement (after 3 months upon evidence of ticket)
  • Up to €360/month for accommodation (for the first 3 months, reimbursed monthly)
  • Assistance with temporary/permanent accommodation

Start Date: Contract starts on the first day of training (fully paid by our client).

For Non-Portuguese Citizens:
We assist with all required Portuguese documentation during your first day.

  1. Criminal Record (Home/National)
  2. Reference Letters (covering the last 3 years of employment)
  3. High School Diploma / University Degree (if applicable)
  4. Identification (Passport or Citizen Card)
  5. Social Security Number (National and/or Portuguese)
  6. Proof of Address (National and/or Portuguese)
  7. Portuguese Tax Number (NIF)
  8. Portuguese Bank Account Details (NIB)
