We are looking for a Assistant Brand Manager to join our team at Pınar Su ve Içecek, a company within Yaşar Group, which is a pioneer of firsts in Türkiye.

In this role, you need to have / be

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or product management preferably in FMCG.
  3. Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  4. Experience in content marketing, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
  5. Proficient in project management and agile working methodologies.
  6. Strong project and time management skills.
  7. Experience in product development and new product launches.
  8. Good verbal and written skills in English.
  9. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  11. Customer-focused mindset.
  12. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  13. Proactive in achieving goals.
  14. Willing to learn and improve.

In this role, we expect you to:

  1. Lead projects across categories, from new product launches to branding work.
  2. Analyze the sector and competitors and develop brand communication based on this data.
  3. Determine marketing activities and organizations that will enhance brand communication.
  4. Provide the best channel-based portfolio with accurate pricing to achieve profitability targets.
  5. Prepare and implement marketing plans by determining product strategies and targets.
  6. Collect consumer insights via market research to manage the existing portfolio and innovation pipeline.
  7. Work with sales and trade marketing functions to guide channel strategies, determine commercial needs and opportunities, and develop pricing and distribution strategies.
  8. Manage the marketing budget in accordance with approved annual plans.
