What you'll do at Elekta

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing Elekta products across Turkey, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role is home-based with extensive travel required throughout Turkey and occasionally abroad. You will independently perform planned maintenance, corrective repairs, installations, upgrades, and customer support while escalating complex issues as needed.

Your expertise will cover a diverse range of technical disciplines, including electronics, mechanics, networking, high voltage, vacuum systems, and radiation beam adjustments. You will play a key role in ensuring Elekta's medical technology meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What you bring

  • Formal technical qualification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in field service, ideally in a technical or medical technology environment.

  • Experience with high voltage, vacuum systems, mechanical assembly, and RF power generation.

  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking.

  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex electronic systems down to the component level.

  • Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
