Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, devops, and database administration.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT specialists, providing direction, training, and support.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and security.
  • Manage and monitor cloud services (UAT and Prod environments), ensuring proper integration and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand technology requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
  • Track and manage IT-related regulatory compliance, ensuring all independent audit processes are followed and reported on.
  • Monitor and manage resource utilization, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of IT resources across projects and departments.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure and processes meet regulatory standards and participate in audits as necessary.
  • Establish and configure the entire IT infrastructure according to company needs, managing all elements (network, server, devops, database) in an integrated way.
  • Manage the workflow of helpdesk tickets and ensure issues are handled effectively, prioritizing based on urgency and business impact.
  • Experience with IT purchasing and budget management, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud services, and helpdesk.
  • Experience with fintech products or services is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead IT teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
